Crunchy Whole Grain Bread

Behold! My first successful attempt at baking a yeast bread:

This one has all sorts of goodies in the dough: whole wheat flour, rye flour, oat bran, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, and sunflour seeds. It's quite the hearty loaf, and everyone enjoyed it (warm, with butter.)

Now I'm expected to bake more often. Next time: cherry pie, sweetened with honey, with a whole grain crust. Whether I can accomplish a serviceable lattice top crust remains to be seen.
